Pricing tier spec sheet — order band, decoration, FOB band, transparent.
Pricing tiers are public — actual quote depends on fabric grade, color count, decoration zone size, and Incoterms. Bands below are indicative; final quote per RFQ.
Three order bands × three decoration classes = a nine-cell map of where your order lands. Tier-1 buyers see the same band as Tier-3 buyers — nobody negotiates in the dark. Looking for product-specific bands? See wholesale yoga leggings tier-1 pricing or wholesale yoga tank tops pricing band.

Three Incoterms paths against ICC Incoterms 2020. Each column splits cargo, risk, customs, duties, and last-mile responsibility — so you book the path that matches your in-house broker capacity, not the path that’s convenient for the factory. Sample policy — one-week SLA, lab-dip protocol, fee credited back to PO.
Sample SLA seven working days. Lab-dip color match within ΔE ≤2. Sample fee 100% credited back when first PO clears Tier-1 floor. NDA auto-attaches the moment a tech-pack URL lands in the thread — no exception, no extra step from you.
- Sample SLA: seven working days from brief to courier hand-off — lab-dip Day 1–2, pattern Day 3, sewn Day 5, fit-check Day 6, ship Day 7.
- Lab-dip protocol: color match validated to ΔE ≤2 on D65 light; second round on the house if the first dip misses tolerance.
- Sample fee credit: 100% of sample fee credited back to PO when first order clears the agreed Tier-1 floor.
- NDA auto-attach: mutual NDA generated & signed the moment a tech-pack URL is shared — your spec stays your moat.
- Sales engineer review: every brief read by a senior sales engineer before a patternmaker is assigned — gap list emails the same day if your tech-pack misses GSM or stretch ratio.
“Our sales engineering team reads every brief before assigning a patternmaker. If your tech-pack misses GSM or stretch ratio, we email back the same day with the gap list — never a chatbot.”

Contract essentials — six clauses we sign before a deposit hits the account.
Every wholesale PO sits on these six clauses — not on a hand-shake or a hastily-drafted PI. Two clauses are pre-expanded because that’s what nine-out-of-ten buyers ask first; the rest open on click. The full contract text lives on our full wholesale program payment & Incoterms terms page.
1 Proforma Invoice (PI) issued before deposit
PI itemizes SKU, order volume, decoration, fabric, Incoterms, lead time, deposit %, balance trigger, AQL standard, and packing spec. Issued within 1 BD of brief acceptance. No deposit request without a signed PI on both sides.
2 30% deposit on PO sign-off
30% deposit kicks production line scheduling and locks fabric. Wire-only, no escrow surcharge. Deposit is refundable in full if Yogavendor cannot meet the PI lead time for any reason on our side — on-time-delivery rate >98% on bulk PO.
3 70% balance against pre-shipment inspection
Remaining 70% wires only after the AQL 2.5 inspection report is shared with the buyer. Buyer may book a third-party inspector (SGS / BV / TUV) at buyer’s cost; report is mandatory before B/L release.
4 Mutual NDA auto-attaches on tech-pack share
The moment a tech-pack URL or PDF lands in the thread, our system auto-generates a mutual NDA covering design IP, supplier list, fabric source, and pricing. Two-way binding, no extra step from you.
5 Design IP stays with buyer
Pattern, tech-pack, and decoration artwork remain 100% buyer’s IP. Yogavendor cannot reuse buyer artwork or pattern for another client. Internal records destroyed within 24 months of last PO unless the buyer renews.
6 Pre-shipment QC inspection report
Every wholesale shipment passes a pre-shipment sampling inspection covering measurements, stitch density, color ΔE, packing, and labeling. Report is shared as PDF with photos before balance request. Report retained 24 months for buyer audit.
Six things we will not quote on — read this before you brief us.
A factory’s scope is a factory’s discipline. If your brief lands in any of these six buckets, we’ll send you to a better vendor on the first email — not after a sample fee has been collected.
-
Orders under 30 pcs total per SKU
Why: below this we can’t run a dedicated cut; per-piece overhead doubles, your effective FOB band moves out of fairness. For low-volume custom work see OEM custom yoga apparel small-batch path.
-
US-streetwear graphic prints
Why: different fabric base + decoration tooling. We’d be a worse vendor than the streetwear specialists — go to them.
-
100% synthetic non-blend fabric
Why: fails 4-way stretch retention after ~30 washes. We don’t compromise the fabric promise.
-
FOB-only quotes when buyer needs DDP
Why: DDP-cleared protects you from IOR/duty surprises. FOB-only is convenient for us, not for you — we always disclose DDP option.
-
Counterfeit IP / brand mimicry / lookalike
Why: one C&D letter ends both our businesses. We screen every brief against trademark + visual lookalike.
-
Tech-pack sharing without mutual NDA
Why: your spec is your moat. We auto-sign mutual NDA the moment a tech-pack URL lands in the thread — no exceptions.
